Abstract

Telework is the organisation of work by using information and communication technologies that enable employees and managers to get access to their labour activities from remote locations. The successful implementation of telework requires the availability of resources and organizational factors. This paper reviews the empirical studies that have analysed the diffusion of telework in organisations in order to develop a model of resources and organizational factors that influence on the implementation process of telework.
