Abstract

Supplementary Movie and data files used for generating Figure 4 in the main text. The files are compressed pickled pandas Dataframes and can be read with: <pre><code class="language-python">import pandas as pd df = pd.read_pickle('/folder/file.xz', compression='xz')</code></pre> Along with those files there are .txt files containing the physical information of each experiment.
