Abstract
For his own nature,the University must pursue the aim of the excellence. To get that goal the evaluation plays a very important role. In this work it is argued about the importance of the institutional evaluation as instrument to assure the quality in the institutions of higher education It is proposed a system of evaluation that uses a mixed methodology where every group involved in the education – learning process can participate, not only collecting or learning some information but also in its analysis and in the elaboration of the offers that allow to improve those aspects detected like susceptible of it, it means improvable. Finally the most relevant conclusions are exposed here below.
