Abstract

Today's society in order to respond to new needs and the socio-cultural reality which we live, is betting more and more by the promotion of social values and attitudes change. This principle leads us to deter-mine the importance of environmental education in the Group of people adults and older. In order to maintain a living and active ageing, as a philosophy and praxis at this stage of the life cycle. We advocate that the activity in the field of environmental education can be significant and have an impact on their life satisfaction. Socio-cultural offer, social participation, for older persons is varied, but we will focus on those that focus on the training field environmental. The people adults and older have the right to edu-cation and the full development of their personality and social and cultural participation. This formation, given his great experience, will allow you to become a group suitable for transmission of environmental values and awareness. Following principles and aims of Social education: training towards participation and social integration, in defense of the environment, as active and involved in environmental processes.
