Résumé
The role of Italian criminal law scholars during the fascist years is, despite the fact that it has been already analyzed, a "forgotten criminal law". On one hand, this chapter aims at making public the most relevant aspects of the life and work of some experts of criminal law, who had ties with Italian fascism. Another goal is to remember and to value the intellectual resistance against fascism. Finally, it is an act of justice to remember those who were victims of fascism because of the fact, as it is the case of Marcello Finzi, of being a Jew.
