Abstract

doctoral thesis addresses whose overall objective is to develop a diagnostic model of Culture of Gender in organizations (Mimbrero, 2014). The aim of this paper focuses on describing the paradigm of complexity as one of the most appropriate generic frameworks for the analysis of organizational cultures. The communication raises the importance of overcoming the classical paradigms of science. And to that end, calls for the analysis of organizational culture from the complexity since it allows the application of nonlinear methodological schemes, adjusting the framework in which human relationships operate. We also review how this paradigm connects with the dialogic feminism, in order to understand the dynamics that exist between women and men engendered in organizations
