Abstract

In recent years, male violence has become perceived as a real social problem. The research conducted in this field have focused primarily on the subject of analysis and direct intervention with women and children, but has been ignored in many cases, the aggressor as the main element on which to intervene to remedy this problem. In this paper we analyze the traits of violent men, as well as different programs, models and intervention strategies aimed abusive men began to launch the mid -90s in different regions of our country, both within the prison system and outside it.
