Abstract
This paper deals about the social action played by third sector entities and their role in disadvantaged neighbourhoods. After contextualizing this phenomenon, the author focuses on three elements that affect what he names thirdsectoralizartion process in local intervention: strategies on display, action renovation and the formation of different ways or models of local government. At last, he analyzes, supported on the diverse position of social organizations in the territory, some of the main nodes to consider in the search of a balance between approaches to management logic and relational logic in intervention .
