Predicción de la satisfacción con el rendimiento deportivo en jugadores de tenisefecto de las claves situacionales

Zusammenfassung

Este estudio examinó en una muestra de 151 tenistas el efecto de las claves disposicionales y situacionales relacionadas con el proceso competitivo, en la predicción de la satisfacción con el rendimiento deportivo. Las variables analizadas y medidas han sido: el Estado de Flow Situacional, el Estado de Implicación Ego y Tarea en competición, y la Ansiedad Somática, Cognitiva, y Auto confianza (Dirección). Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el mayor predictor de la satisfacción con el rendimiento obtenido ha sido el estado de flow situacional, seguida por el estado de implicación a la tarea, y el estado de implicación al ego. Las implicaciones que para el proceso de entrenamiento y la competición presentan estos resultados, se discuten en el documento.
