Resumen
The work presented below is the result of a project at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University Pablo de Olavide. The origin of this experience is a plan of support and training for teachers involved in the development of new degree. The article is divided into two parts. The first part is a summary of the key elements for the development of competences. In this first part also reflects on the action framework that provides the European Higher Education Area. The second part is a working proposal for university teachers. This proposal seeks to facilitate coordination between those providing the new degree. The proposal is based on the design of instruments for competences assessment and teachers coordination in different subject areas.
