Evolución de asignaturas ligadas a la orientación profesional del alumnado, como base de la mejora de la calidad e innovación de la acción tutorial

Abstract

The competitiveness of graduates to get a job, has a direct impact on the tutori-al faculty, mainly in his teaching focuses on subjects related to vocational guidance to students. Subjects like "Practical Training" or "Final Year Projects" are considered essential to support the initiative and technological knowledge of the students, both at firm level characteristics valued as an added value of the graduate college. The role of the teacher in these cases, it is essential, as both have a specific thematic issues and each of the students assigned, must know the profile of the students in all their dimensions. This article focuses on the analysis of the subjects mentioned, along with other �Free Configuration� subject that complements the first, describing the results achieved during a period of eight years. Is evident, the progressive difficulty during the years studied to get the students' motivation, overcome by the continuous improvement of the quality and innovation of the tutorial, reflected in the evaluations of teachers conducted by students and the evolution of the use of the Virtual Classroom.
