Abstract
President Bush rejects the Alliance of Civilizations by colliding with basic elements of its foreing policy: international terrorism with emergence of a new non- State enemy, the concept of preventive war, contrary to the requirements of the United Nations, the defense against the rouge States and the Axis od Evil and the justification of the change of tyrannical regimes.Obama marginalizes the foundations of his predecessor ́s opposition to the Alliance of Civilizations and promotes a new stage in the international sphere of dialogue and joint action with its allies and of respect and collaboration with others cultures ford world peace.
