Resumo
Los Sistemas de Información son herramientas que soportan la actividad empresarial. Para que estos sean efectivos, las empresas desarrollan proyectos a través de los que incorporan nuevas tecnologías y sistemas. Sin embargo, el resultado de éstos no suele ser exitoso. Esto se debe a los numerosos factores de riesgos que amenazan el proyecto. Ante esto, las empresas deben gestionar estos riesgos de forma continua. Con el objetivo de ayudarlas en esta labor, hemos identificado y analizado los riesgos que amenazan el resultado de sus proyectos SI/TI. Para ello, hemos utilizado la técnica IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). Los resultados revelan que el 39,1% de los riesgos deben ser considerados críticos. Además, éstos muestran que dos de los riesgos más críticos son la mala gestión de las expectativas de los usuarios y la falta de jefes del equipo con las habilidades requeridas para el puesto.
