Résumé
This article is about the pelvic sling used on patients with unstable pelvic fractures after a severe trauma. We intend to present the basic use of this device, its effectiveness and nursing care during use must apply in order to increase patient safety and prevent injury resulting from its use. The pelvic sling is a simple device and a piece that is used to reduce and stabilize in a safe and effective unstable fracture of the pelvis.
