Resumo
In punitive Exacerbation’s line that characterize penal reforms of recent times, the Project provides substantially expand the scope of applicability of basic and skilled types of crime of burglary in things and robbery with violence or intimidation against persons. The proposed reform is a major change in the configuration and punitive regime of these crimes has not offered convincing arguments for reform and, as with other aspects of the project, clearly violates the principles of legal certainty and proportionality.
