Resum

In December 2014, the Minister of Justice dismissed the idea of adopting a new Code of Crimina Procedure, announcing in its place, and by 2015, a series of urgent and partial reforms to address the adaptation to european community law, to improve efficiency procedural, and to strengthen the guarantees of the spanish model of criminal justice. Product of this decision, five laws in 2015 have been approved that directly and indirectly, have modified some substantial aspects of the old Criminal Procedure Act of 1882. The purpose of this work is to underline, in summary and schematic form, the most relevant content of these reforms, emphasizing those that can reveal as particularly new or controversial
