As new technologies and e-commerce arise and given the importance of the electronic signature as individualized process, it is being taken into consideration the need for providing certainty about the legal regime applicable to trade relations, without setting limits to users. The situation being contemplated is that, in many cases, there is a voluntary cession of the electronic signature based on the trustworthiness of another individual, which is not allowed in most cases.
