Resumen

El aprendizaje organizacional se ha vuelto cada vez más importante para la renovación estratégica. Las organizaciones ambidiestras son especialmente exitosas en el entorno actual, donde las empresas deben ser eficientes y adaptarse al cambio. Utilizando un enfoque estructural, este estudio analiza los argumentos sobre la naturaleza de la ambidestreza e identifica los tipos de capital humano que apoyan mejor los tipos de aprendizaje específicos y las prácticas de GRH adecuadas para estos componentes del capital humano. Los resultados destacan las diferencias de aprendizaje entre las unidades de marketing y producción, así como las diferentes prácticas de gestión de recursos humanos y orientaciones del capital humano. Este estudio señala que el capital humano media entre las prácticas de HRM y el aprendizaje.
