Abstract
Individual substantial modification of working conditions is a traditional legal institution in our legislation clear example of the introduction of flexibility in companies and regular feature of the ius variandi entrepreneur. Law 3/2012 of 6 July on urgent measures for labor market reform introduced on the one hand, significant changes in the regulatory provision of the institution but on the other, kept its traditional aspects of regulation. This research tries to make a more or less comprehensive institution before and after the reform in order to observe jurisprudential analysis if there are any developments in the judicial treatment of it and specifically in the innovations introduced to respond to the intention of legislator to facilitate the adaptation of working conditions to the actual circumstances that cross the company.
