Resumo
How should politicians use social networks? It is the question that has been most repeated in the cabinets of communication and marketing in recent years. The rise of new technologies has caused the bases of traditional communication to be modified at the same time as online media are evolving. In this article some tips are proposed so that new mayors and councilors can manage the communication.
