Résumé

This paper presents a general analysis of the main problems that can be found in the current financing system of the Autonomous Communities of the general regime. It pays particular attention to their tax resources, either created by themselves or assigned by the State, and to the transfers of public income made by the funds created by the State. Once the problems have been pointed out, the paper provides possible guidelines to amend concrete aspects of the system, in order to ensure the compliance of the main principles that the Spanish legal system establishes for this topic
