Abstract

Cooperative learning proves to be a very powerful learning style to achieve the student's goals in consequence with the development of competences and learning outcomes. In physical education, literature has shown a successful value in previously designed work groups enjoy autonomous growth within a team to achieve these competencies and, above all, to facilitate the integral development of students. The main objective of the present study was to ascertain the perception of future teachers in Primary Education specialist in Physical Education on the approach and application of cooperative learning in Physical Education classes. For this, the Questionnaire Analysis of Cooperative Work in Higher Education was used. According to our results, a high percentage of future teachers in Physical Education are not clear about the configuration of the working groups, nor the level of them, nor is there a consensus about the need to include self-evaluation in the usual development processes of Physical Education classes.
