Résumé
Cloud computing raises legal issues of various kinds. The author focuses on the international component, especially in relation to cloud computing service providers who, in order to store data, can use places that are subject to several jurisdictions. Although, a contractual clause of election of the applicable jurisdiction can be established. It might not be established, which can be a clear legal problem in practice, when determining the applicable law. In any case, the question of the competent forum directly affects the determination of the applicable Law
