Résumé
The purpose of the contribution is to clarify the concept and types of most appropriated skills to promote employability and to determine if these skills are integrated into the Spanish university system. To do this, we start from the skill’s concept and the different classifications, focusing on the transversal skills. We analyze the different proposals, highlighting those most suitable to promote the employment and the labor transitions in a technological context. Finally, we verify if these skills have been incorporated into the Spanish university system with the reforms for the implementation of the European Credits Transfer System (ECTS).
