Abstract

In the current economic and productive contexts, the training of workers is essential so that they can adapt to the new demands of the provision of professional services, derived, fundamentally, from the continuous technological changes. Specifically, to achieve it, the Spanish Training System for employment in the work provides, among its initiatives, specifically with regard to active workers, the training scheduled by companies and the training offer of the Administrations for employed workers. However, its development and content should not depend only on the activity, the job position and the impact that technological changes may have on these, but also on the age of the employees, so that they can assume the requirements professionals driven by new technologies, so that they can acquire their own training through them.
