Zusammenfassung
In the administrative dogmatics of modern States, the idea of public interest attributes to the State the ownership of mining resources through the legal category of the public domain. However, both constructions of the current administrative law seem to be present in the interventionist mentality that the Roman imperial power has about the mining resources.
