Resumo
The program GAHED –Fraternities Archives Administration– is the result of an interdisciplinary experience of a group of archivists and computer specialists who have worked on the description of a documentary collection of different fraternities, following the international rules for archive descriptions ISAD (G), it has access to the information of different kinds of users and it allows the insertion of digitalized images. This program is applicable for the first time in the documentary collection of the Original Fraternity of Nuestra Señora del Rocío de Almonte which has been involved in the organization and description of its cultural heritage.
