Abstract
The literature shows that there is no concrete agreement on a definition of fidelity, which is interpreted as a form of client behavior directed towards a particular brand over time. The loyalty of users in any type of organization is a very important issue because of all the benefits that are produced by increasing it. The golf courses are not alien to this reality. Service loyalty is the degree to which a customer exhibits a repeated purchasing behavior towards a service provider, has a positive attitudinal disposition towards the provider, and considers the use only of this provider when he needs this service. You can talk about brand loyalty or loyalty to a service. In the case of golf courses, we will study the loyalty to the service offered by the field to its users, although some of these Andalusian fields have a brand incentive, which can lead to greater fidelity on the part of the user. The objective of this study was to adapt and validate a scale of future behavioral intentions to golf courses. For validation, a sample composed of 652 users was used. The reliability of the resulting instrument and its discriminant validity were calculated. The results allow us to affirm that we have a valid and reliable tool composed of thirteen items, capable of knowing the future intentions of the behavior of users of golf courses.
