The approval in Spain of the new laws of a common administrative procedure and the legal system of the public sector has meant a real commitment to adopting electronic support as a new operating system. This decision assumes that all the administrative documentation must be generated and saved in electronic support, so there are technical requirements which are established by the normative, that such administrative documents must comply with and, thus, also administrative resolutions and administrative copies, without the provision of any consequences in the event of non-compliance, proposing in this respect the recognition of a new documentary category. Additionally, all the documentation generated must be stored in electronic support, both in its active phase and in its conservation phase, so that the documental archiving or document management plays a fundamental role in the fulfillment of these ends, so the documentary models which put the document or the data in the first place, are destined to be reconciled
