Zusammenfassung

Fibromyalgia is a chronic syndrome characterized by generalized musculos-keletal pain in combination with a variety of cognitive symptoms and fatigue, and usually occurs in the female population. Objective: the objective of this Final De-gree Project is to prepare an intervention proposal based on a guide for the integral treatment of fibromyalgia in adult women through physical exercise based on a bi-bliographic review. Methodology: A bibliographic review of the existing scientific evidence on Fibromyalgia and Physical Exercise and Fibromyalgia and Food has been carried out to analyze the most beneficial physical exercise modalities for this pathology, in addition to the foods to be avoided or included in their diet. Results: Strength training, functional training, exercise to a greater extent and aquatic and dance activities to a lesser extent are good mediates for the non-pharmacological treatment of Fibromyalgia. In addition, the intake of nutritional supplements of creatine and a gluten-free diet help improve your symptoms. Intervention proposal: Based on strength training, functional training, aquatic activities and dance activi-ties accompanied by nutritional advice. Conclusion: Scientific evidence suggests that physical exercise reduces the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.
