Zusammenfassung

This paper offers a critical approach, while proactive, to the so-called smart contracts. We take a look to how the technological tool works. We analyze legal issues that pose a challenge when implementing computer programs that should accomplish with the legal requirements established by the law of contracts. We conclude by formulating some questions that propitiate the legal debate around the so-called smart contracts.
