Resumo

This thesis aims at promoting a training function with the integration of ICT in the process of evaluation of the teaching and learning of Physics at the University of Informatics Sciences. A set of activities with the integration of ICT (e-SAEPEF), which assumes the General systems theory and the concept of activity, is thus presented. It also includes a methodological strategy for its implementation. The research carried out applies a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. In order to determine the methodological and scientific evaluation of e-SAEPEF, an experts’ evaluation (variant of the Delphi method) is employed, as well as a test of satisfaction of the users involved, through the Iadov technique. Effectiveness is measured through a pedagogical pre-experiment conducted with a sample of second year engineering students at the University of Informatics Sciences in Havana, Cuba.
