Abstract
In the present work is to deal with a reality that took place years 2008 and 2009 and which main purpose was law of religious freedom. This fact was none other than the production of an organic law, which was never to see the light, but which I was fortunate to be one of their players. Since we now celebrate the 40th anniversary of the LOLR and also the 10th anniversary of this draft is true, I have understood required and may wish to address in this brief overview, how and who reviewed non-nato project, with the sole intention of making it known.
