Laburpena

Among the unresolved issues that have been raised for some time now with respect to the measures to be adopted after the family breakdown, is the custody and care —the destination— of the family pet —now broken—. Even though there are courts that have refused to make any pronouncement on the matter, this work aims to show that it is an issue that can be contemplated in the regulatory agreement, provided that it is done in a detailed manner and paying special attention to the legal nature of the right that will support the shared use of the pet.
