Resum
If there’s an objective and undoubted cause for the termination of the compensatory pension, there is nothing to prevent the possibility of recognising the retroactive effect of the termination at the time when the cause for termination occurs, provided that the person concerned so requests. Once the compensatory pension has expired, there’s, moreover, no legal possibility of rehabilitating it.
