Resumo

In this paper, we examine the regulation of the control of transparency and abuse in the Directive 93/13/CEE and in the LCGC and TRLGDCU, as well as its application by the European Court of Justice. Likewise, the application of said controls to the contract for the provision of legal services with consumers is object of a critical analysis in the light of two recent Spanish sentence.
