For decades, protests by farmers have been periodic, due to the high cost of modernization and modernization of agriculture, the low prices of crops, the meager income from agricultural holdings, etc. issues that lead young people to seek other types of work, abandoning agriculture. Taking the pulse of agriculture is an obligation and a duty at a time when the sector is going through one of the worst moments in all areas, from production, prices, distribution chain, consumer prices, etc. There are numerous statistics of all kinds, but taking the pulse of farmers through discourse analysis is of great importance, although there could be various discourses depending on the geographical location of the cultivated lands where the climate, vegetation, the type and composition of the crops influence. land, etc., and it is the same discourse throughout most of the distribution chain, farmer purchase prices, consumer sales prices in relation to the price obtained by farmers, etc. The analysis of the farmers' discourse is very important, since it is revealed from the problems in production, the distribution chain, prices at origin and prices that the consumer must pay, possible solutions to the problems, etc.
