Résumé

Three years ago we began a new study in Sierra Norte de Sevilla about post-mortem events of 12 vertebrates with more 5 Kg of weight, nine red dears (Cervus elaphus),one wild pig (Sus scrofa), one badger (Meles meles) and one egyptian mongoose (Herpestes ichneumon). The following of these process give a scavenger dynamic in the ecosystem of Las Navas-El Berrocal -Sierra Norte de Sevilla- very similar to the Biological Reserve of Doñana -Huelva-, a place where the scavenger activity from vultures is only temporal (last week of September) and short. The results can be used like biostratinomics critters for the scavenger management of Sierra Norte de Sevilla.
