Résumé
This paper analyzes the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts to hear claims in relation to timeshare contracts on properties located in Spain when the plaintiffs are consumers with residence in the United Kingdom and the defendants are based on a non-EU territory. This matter is addressed within the framework of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
