Resumo

INTRODUCTION. The objective of this work is to describe the practices of distributed leadership and to know the vision developed by the directors of the primary and secondary education centers of the Community of Madrid, Spain. METHOD. It has been framed in a quantitative methodology, and a descriptive study, the ad hoc questionnaire "Distributed Leadership Practices of the School Direction" has been constructed and evaluated, which allows to collect the practices of distributed leadership that develop the management teams in the studied context and know the relevance they grant to them. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION The results are very broad and correspond to the set of directors interviewed. This paper presents one of them (Distributed Leadership Practices), which refers to the answers given by the group of Principal school of the four dimensions (LD Practices, Shared Decisions, Mission, Vision and Professional Development) that form the questionnaire.
