Resumo

Background: The implementation of the new university degrees and the constant technological upgrading require the implementation of new teaching strategies and methodologies, as well as tools that facilitate it, where the teaching-learning process must be constantly revised. To do so, multimedia materials are designed for modules on Statistics, Mathematics and Economics, allowing both teachers and students to overcome the teaching-learning process in a more intuitive way, with current techniques and in an innovative way for many teachers, but common for most students, hence, focusing their goals on both. Method: The project has taken into account the various sub-groups formed and the materials that have been created, matching the needs of both, teachers and students. Results: The generated resources are freely available to the entire university community, promoting the creation of an area of good practices in teaching innovation in the area of social sciences. Conclusions: The implementation of this project aims to increase the quality of education, where students may discuss subjects with greater fluency and a better understanding of the philosophy underpinning the European Higher Education Area.
