The question of the collective representation of workers in the company has been a relatively peaceful matter over time. In Spain, the dual model of representation of workers has lasted from the beginning of the regulatory laws of the same to today. However, this model has been altered for some time to this part in the international field, due to demographic phenomena and other circumstances, such as the relocation of companies, the increasing internationalization of multinational companies, and other circumstances affecting relationships labor, as technological innovation and the phenomena of collaboration of companies, fundamentally. This has meant a certain revolution in the field of workers’ representations, with a new way of understanding trade union action in multinational companies, the creation of transnational representation structures and other representative forms of workers in collaborative platforms.
