Abstract
This article is about the author's experience within the public institutions of his country after the transition from dictatorship to democracy: parliament, political parties, universities, ombudsman, etc. The narration of events is accompanied by critical opinions and even the proposal of alternatives to improve the institutions. The article then responds to the RIPP section aimed at policy experiences to complement the rest of the theoretical works.
