Zusammenfassung
Health, in a general sense, is a critical objective for each State and for the international institutionalized community. It is the State´s responsibility that each member can enjoy personal well-being, which is achieved by citizen accessibility to sufficient health care and by promoting optimal conditions for the development of life. Ultimately, there will be health security when each State and the community itself provide security and welfare concerning public safety. Regarding human rights fulfillment and warranty in businesses, the right to health must be also protected and respected with the purpose of avoiding and preventing the lack of health security.
