Resum

A recent decision of the Spanish Constitutional Court declared inconstitutio-nal the crime of negationism, that’s to say, denying that a genocide (usually, the Holocaust, during the Second World War) ever happened. The current reform of the Penal Code, published in the Official Gazette of March 31, 2015 shows a modification about the crime of denial, now defined in Article 510.1.c ) CP, which should be subject to criminal trials
