Abstract

Lately, development cooperation agents have prioritized the promotion of gender equality as an intervention objective, promoting the feminist approach in their actions. Even with the mainstreaming of the gender perspective, there is an area to which we must pay special attention. We refer to the field of Sexual and Reproductive Rights (DD.SS. and RR.). since we find a loss of them worldwide, and especially, in developing countries. Among the causes are the decrease in interventions in this area (motivated by the prioritization of other policies in the Institutions and by cultural and moral issues) and the establishment of goals and deadlines to achieve the MDGs that divert attention from the DD agenda . H.H. And RR. That is why this work aims to identify the role that these rights occupy in the discourse and in the situated practice of Andalusian development cooperation.
