Zusammenfassung

This paper proposes an analysis of pre-contractual duty of information in accordance with MiFID II, assuming this regulatory package as an impulse in the digital transformation of financial system. Starting out with the general duty of information we will continue until duty of information in the securities market, highlighting changes to the previous regulation. Finally, the article addresses the question of whether MiFID II manages to overcome some of the problems detected.
