Zusammenfassung

This intervention project shows a propose of Adventure Therapy program for teenagers with Asperger Syndrome, offering outdoor experiences with therapeutic objectives. The aim is to demonstrate to specialists of this group alternative therapeutic tools. A theoretical research was made to explore the concepts related with the main subject. Even though the lack of Spanish information, English publications was founded to reach the development of the paper. The idea arises from a previous service-learning program that was performed in the University of Sevilla. Thus, the project is structured in different work sessions using various types of activities to achieve the therapeutic objective, the training of social skills. Apart from the fact that the physical activity has a strong socialising effect, the characteristics of the outdoor environment encourage the decision making and the group cohesion as well as the mental flexibility and the adaptation to the unpredictability of the outdoor activities.
