Abstract

This paper is a useful contribution to the conceptualization of the expression worker priest from historical and sociological perspectives. And it is a tendency to confuse the concept of priest in work with other representative of the clergy, generally progressive, on the mere fact that its main ministerial actions were marked by concerns about the ills afflicting working class or because their parishes were circumscribed to working-class districts.
