Emprendimiento e innovación de las mujeres: hacia una mayor sostenibilidad en las áreas rurales de montaña

Resumo

De nouvelles activités innovantes ont créé des interactions entre les zones rurales des Pyrénées et Barcelone avec un avantage pour les activités touristiques. L’objectif de cette étude est d’explorer la relation entre les activités à valeur ajoutée et l’entrepreneuriat des femmes dans des projets économiques, sociaux ou politiques dans les zones rurales et de montagne telles que les Pyrénées en Catalogne. La participation des femmes aux fonctions électives ou de gestion de l’administration locale favorise l’entrepreneuriat. La méthodologie utilisée comprend une revue de la littérature, une analyse quantitative des responsabilités des femmes dans la politique locale et 30 entretiens semi-structurés avec des femmes et des hommes impliqués dans le développement local. La création ou la transformation d’activités à valeur ajoutée a généré des micro-entreprises et du travail indépendant. Les conclusions montrent l’importance des relations sociales, transversales et verticales. Dans les territoires à population dispersée, les petites initiatives des entrepreneurs ont une importance relative mais significative qui doit être soutenue par l’administration.
